Policies

Orders are built and finished to order. Standard processing is 5–10 business days before your part ships, with tracking provided by email once it leaves our shop.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping outside these regions may be available on request — message @746omerta on Instagram to check availability and cost.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight, or provided as a flat estimated rate where configured.

Unused, uninstalled parts in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, minus original shipping costs.

Because custom flake and glitter finishes, and any customization notes submitted at checkout, are built specifically to your specification, these orders are final sale and not eligible for return unless the part arrives damaged or defective.

We collect the information necessary to process your order: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe — Omerta never sees or stores your card details on its own servers.

Order and customization details (including any notes you provide) are used solely to fulfill your order and are not sold to third parties.
